Requirements:

1. Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with UP Baguio: If the internship is for a course requirement, the applicant shall submit a MOA from their institution for the consideration of UP Baguio and approval of both parties.

or

Letter from DOST Regional Office: If the intership is for a DOST scholarship requirement, the applicant should submit a letter from the DOST Regional Office where they are a scholar addressed to

 University of the Philippines Baguio

2. Internship Application Form: Upon submission of this request form and its required attachments, please expect 20 working days for the processing of this request. 

3. Approval is subject to the availability of a faculty internship supervisor.
